Sorry for the lonnnnnng delay on the update, folks. I had final papers and final exams to worry about, and then I was unexpectedly trapped in Tracy for two weeks away from my beautiful computer which houses the MFO articles. We're back on track, though, and updates should be normal for the rest of the summer.
